Description

The assistance supports development of Municipal Decarbonization Roadmaps, including establishing a greenhouse gas emissions baseline and identifying a pathway to eliminate on-site fossil fuel use from municipal operations by 2050. DOER assigns contractors and funds 100% of their consulting services; assistance is provided as technical services rather than direct grant payments. Municipalities may receive desktop analysis and roadmap development, or facility condition assessment and roadmap development, depending on their needs and available facility information.
