Description

The Town of Calmar is seeking a proponent to provide IT support services for Team Calmar, which includes 19 staff, 5 Council members, and 2–5 seasonal staff. Services are anticipated to include technical support, troubleshooting, expert advice, and maintenance of network hardware and software, with continuous and timely communication. Objectives include maintaining a secure network, operating an efficient IT ticket system, keeping the team connected and competitive, and providing sustainable solutions that fit the Town’s financial planning. The full scope is defined in Section 1, Scope of Services, in Part II, Project Requirements, of the RFP; the contract period is January 1, 2027–December 31, 2029.
