Description

Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities seeks a contractor to conduct an in-depth examination of the immediate and long-term needs of Ohio’s deaf community. The contractor will provide a community engagement and accessibility plan, work plan, staffing plan, and required technical and cost proposal documents. The assessment requires language and cultural competence to engage with the deaf community and experience conducting research on its behalf.
