The City of Cleveland is seeking bids for miscellaneous fasteners, bolts, nuts, and assorted hardware, including anchors, washers, pins, screws, rivets, and related items. Hardware must be Grade 5 or better, meet SAE J429 standards, and be manufactured in North America; substitutes are not permitted. The awarded vendor must provide current manufacturer or distributor price lists and quote the applicable discount, with delivery included and no additional shipping charges. The purchase order will be valid for one year or until funds are exhausted, whichever occurs first, and will not exceed $10,000.
