Dallas College is seeking qualifications from experienced companies and individuals for inclusion in a pool of providers of student/participant travel management services. Services may include study-abroad and curriculum-related travel, as well as domestic and international travel for tours, field trips, and athletic travel, with logistics, transportation, lodging, meals, insurance, and related support. The pool will be in effect for two years, with two optional annual renewals; inclusion in the pool does not guarantee a contract, and contracts may be awarded on an as-needed basis. Responses must be submitted electronically through Workday Strategic Sourcing by November 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time.
