Gwinnett County is seeking an installed audio-visual system for the Community Room at Lenora Park Community Recreation Center. - Government buyer: Gwinnett County, Department of Parks and Recreation (Parks and Recreation Division), Financial Services - Purchasing Division; the purchasing office is also identified as Purchasing. Casey Beauston is named in an attachment. - OEMs and specified equipment: RDL D-RBTP Bluetooth pairing buttons (2); Electro-Voice EVID-EC6.2 ceiling speakers (16); Dynacord V600:2 amplifier (1) and RU-BTLA Bluetooth interfaces (2); Juice Goose SQ-1500 power supply (1); Pure Resonance MX84 mixer (1); Rapco 1DFN microphone jack plate kit (1) and LTiBLOX audio interface (1); Shure SLXD24+/58-G57 wireless microphone systems (2) and SM58S wired microphone (1); Middle Atlantic DWR-12-26 wall rack (1) and D2 rack drawer (1); Sharp/NEC NP-ME423W projectors (2); Bretford A2642NS rolling projector carts (2); and Da-Lite 34468L motorized screens (2). Approved equivalents may be proposed for County acceptance. - Required work: Provide equipment, delivery, materials, labor, wiring and cabling, installation, system design and programming, and training for County staff. The project is new construction, and no existing equipment needs removal. - Notable requirements: Supplier must hold an LV-G or LG-U low-voltage license and provide at least three references for similar completed projects. Submit pricing as a lump sum covering the complete project. The system will support programming, special events, classes, and rentals. - Schedule status: A solicitation attachment says the quote-receipt date was postponed indefinitely, while another version contains a different schedule. The solicitation is not reported as canceled; the current due date should be confirmed with the County. Project dates are to be coordinated with the department representative.

Gwinnett County is seeking competitive quotes for the purchase and installation of a sound system for the Community Room at Lenora Park Community Recreation Center. The awarded supplier must provide all labor, delivery, materials, installation, and training; the addendum also clarifies that wiring and cabling are to be provided by the awarded supplier. The supplier must hold LV-G or LG-U low-voltage licensure, and the quote must include system design/programming and associated project costs.
