Bayshore CRA landscape maintenance for 19 Collier County properties

Collier County is seeking landscape maintenance services for 19 properties in the Bayshore Community Redevelopment Area. - Government buyer: Collier County, through the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), Redevelopment Areas Division, for the Bayshore CRA. - OEMs and vendors: No manufacturers, brands, or prospective vendors are named; no OEM products are requested. - Requested services: All-inclusive landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, vegetation and exotic-plant clearing, weed control and regulated herbicide application, edging, litter and debris removal and disposal, and site observations with reports to CRA staff. - Properties and quantities: 18 service visits per property (342 total property-visits across the schedule): - 2732 Francis Ave; 2663 Francis Ave duplex; 2664 Francis Ave; and 2695 Francis Ave (two duplexes). - 4315 Bayshore Drive; parcel folios 61840960006, 61840880102, and 52600160000; 2808 Thomasson Drive; and 4825 Bayshore Drive. - 1769, 1783, and 1861 Bay Street; parcel folios 61381160006 and 61381200005; and 1945 and 1959 Bay Street (duplex). - 1742, 1756, and 1770 Danford Street. - Notable requirements: Routine mowing is planned twice monthly in the rainy season and monthly in the dry season, subject to project manager direction. Exotic-vegetation removal must use hand tools; heavy machinery is prohibited for that work. Work is limited to weekdays during the specified daytime work window. The contractor must inspect sites and report issues such as dumping or trespassing, and provide maintenance observations and recommendations to CRA staff. - Other contractor requirements: E-Verify enrollment and supporting documentation, business-status documentation, W-9, applicable licenses, workers’ compensation coverage or an eligible exemption, and specified insurance coverage. - Term and pricing: Continuous service through the end of Fiscal Year 2027 is intended; prices remain firm for the purchase order term. No option years or annual subscription are specified.

Collier County is requesting quotes for ongoing landscape maintenance of vacant residential parcels in the Bayshore Community Redevelopment Area for Fiscal Year 2027. Work includes mowing and vegetation clearing, trimming trees and shrubs, hand-tool removal of exotic vegetation, herbicide application, debris and trash removal, edging and pavement cleaning, and periodic site inspections. Mowing is scheduled twice monthly from May through October and once monthly from November through April, with work limited to weekdays between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Quotes must be submitted online by November 3, 2026, at 3:00 PM Eastern; the County intends to select the responsive vendor with the lowest quote.
