Hanscom AFB Conference Room 203 VTC and A/V System Upgrade and Sustainment

Hanscom AFB is seeking a five-year upgrade and sustainment effort for the VTC and audiovisual system in Conference Room 203, Building 1624. - Government buyer: Department of the Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC); AFLCMC/PZIB Operational Contracting Division, for requiring activity AFLCMC/ES at Hanscom AFB. - OEMs and named vendors: Cisco, Poly, and Vertiv (Cybex product line); referenced brands and companies also include QSC, ViewSonic, Crestron, and Freeport. - Requested system and equipment: One initial VTC/A/V system upgrade; two 98-inch commercial displays; two operator desk monitors; one potential SIPR PTZ camera replacement; a touch panel if needed; one rack UPS; and one wired white-noise system. Specific equipment models and quantities for the referenced Poly, Cisco, and Cybex products are not fully specified as purchase quantities. - Referenced product models: Poly Studio X50 NR (No Radio), model P017NR; Cisco Room Kit EQ/PTZ 4K system and Cisco TelePresence Precision 60 camera; and Vertiv Cybex secure KVM/KM switches. QSC NC-20-60 is recommended for the SIPR camera, with compatible or better equivalents considered. - Services: Furnish equipment and materials; install, integrate, program, and test the system; provide documentation, user training, twice-yearly preventive maintenance, technical support, and repair/replacement support. The bid schedule includes one base-year sustainment period and four option-year periods, each 365 days. - Notable requirements: Comply with NSTISSAM TEMPEST/2-95 and preserve SIPR/NIPR separation. Equipment must be approved by the Government, support SIPR Teams integration, and use wired connections; wireless, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi white-noise systems are prohibited. Installed equipment carries a one-year warranty.

Description

The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, labor, installation, integration, programming, testing, documentation, training, preventive maintenance, technical support, repair and replacement support, and other services required to upgrade, modernize, and sustain the Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and Audiovisual (A/V) system in Conference Room 203, Building 1624, Hanscom AFB, MA. All work shall be performed in accordance with Attachment 1, Statement of Work.
