Description

The contract covers nuisance abatement work on private and/or public land as needed. Work includes mowing and trimming lots; removing and disposing of trash, debris, tires, appliances, fluids, and other materials; securing structures; and removing trees and brush. It also includes clearing property, trenching, constructing earthen barriers and fences, backfilling, and draining swimming pools and other sources of stagnant water entrapment. The optional pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 27, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., and responses are due November 10, 2026, at 1:45 p.m.
