Description

Ramsey County, through its Public Works Department and in cooperation with the cities of Little Canada and Vadnais Heights, seeks a qualified professional engineering consulting firm to provide design services for the Ramsey County Vadnais Boulevard Project. The project covers Vadnais Boulevard from Rice Street to County Road E and supports its eventual construction. The project is funded by the Minnesota State Legislature and was approved by the County Board of Commissioners in its 2026–2030 Transportation Improvement Program.
