NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract award to SDV Office Systems, LLC. , 234 Redmond Dr. Unit C Fletcher, North Carolina, United States for Annual Preventative Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and repairs of the Global Surgical Equipment located at the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System- Manhattan Campus 423 E 23 Street New York, NY 10010 and Brooklyn Campus 800 Poly Place Brooklyn, NY 11209 from 01/01/2027 to 12/31/2027 to include four (4) option years. The proprietary Global Surgical Equipment has an exclusive authorized Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business partner with SDV Office Systems, LLC. for sales of the ExcelsiusGPS® robotic system and ExcelsiusE3D system to healthcare facilities owned or operated by the United States federal government ( Authorized Customers ). NAICS Code is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a Small Business Size Standard of $34 million. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
