Providers may offer any combination of aircraft types, services, and locations. - OEMs prominently represented in the state fleet: Cessna, Cirrus, Bell, Beechcraft, Daher, American Champion, Quest, Enstrom, MD, and Continental. No specific commercial maintenance vendor is named. - Fleet covered: Airplanes, helicopters, and spare engines listed in the contract inventory, including Cessna, Cirrus, Bell, Beechcraft, Daher, American Champion, Quest, Enstrom, MD, and Continental equipment. These are existing state assets eligible for service, not items being purchased; no maintenance quantities are specified. - Pricing requested: Location-based hourly rates for Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) and avionics work, with rates for weekday daytime, weekday nighttime, weekends/on-call, and holidays; engine-overhaul pricing; and an optional parts markup. Locations include Aitkin, Bemidji, Blaine, Brainerd, Duluth, Eden Prairie, Faribault, Grand Rapids, Le Sueur, Mankato, St. Paul, and other locations. - Notable requirements: Engine overhauls must be completed by the engine OEM or an OEM-authorized repair station. Warranty repairs are excluded and are handled through an OEM-authorized repair center. Work must meet FAA and applicable state and local requirements, and contractors must document maintenance and airworthiness when returning aircraft to service. State approval is required before work and additional work proceed.
