The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to manage and deliver JROTC Leadership and Academic Bowls for Army Cadet Command. - Government buyer: U.S. Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Knox, supporting the United States Army Cadet Command (USACC). - Services requested: Plan, coordinate, and execute Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (JROTC) Leadership and Academic Bowls (JLAB) for units in the United States and overseas. - Handle registration, develop competition questions, and host the competition website. - Arrange travel, lodging, meals, and other competition logistics. - Support national championships in the Washington, D.C. area. - Requirements: Performance requirements are detailed in the Performance Work Statement. - OEMs and vendors: No manufacturers, OEMs, or vendors are named.

Description

The U.S. Government desires to procure non-personal services contract to provide for the planning, coordination, and execution of the Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (JROTC) Leadership and Academic Bowls (JLAB) for the United States Army Cadet Command (USACC) which support Army JROTC units around the country and overseas. The services may be performed from any location in the United States, however the national championships shall be held in the Washington, D.C. area. Components and elements of service support include registration, developing questions, hosting web sites, making travel arrangements, securing lodging, meals and other logistics required in support of JROTC operations for competitions leading up to the national championship. Performance requirements which must be met are listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
