Description

Our Lady of Perpetual Help is seeking proposals for Managed Internal Broadband Services for its existing, installed eligible E-Rate equipment for the 2027–2028 funding year. The work includes ongoing management, monitoring, maintenance, configuration optimization, and remote and on-site technical support for the school's internal wired and wireless network, including software updates, security patches, performance reports, and incident records. Proposals may cover 1-year, 3-year, or 5-year contracts, and price is the most heavily weighted evaluation factor. Bids must be emailed to lmazza@olphaz.org by 5:00 p.m. MST on the Allowable Contract Date, and vendors must submit the completed E-Rate Service Provider Bid Response Worksheet.
