NASA Stennis Space Center is seeking a complete supply of stainless-steel tubing fittings and related installation hardware for the E3 Component Test Bed Project. - Government buyer: NASA, Stennis Space Center. - OEMs and vendors: No OEMs, manufacturers, or vendors are named in the available notice or attachment summary. - Procurement scope: 316 stainless-steel AN, MP, and HP fittings and adapters, plus nuts, sleeves/collars, PTFE O-rings, and copper crush washers. The itemized sizes and quantities are listed below; no part numbers are provided. - Notable requirements: AN fittings must meet applicable SAE specifications. MP and HP fittings must comply with ASME B31.3 Chapter IX. O-rings must be virgin PTFE, crush washers must be copper, and a Certificate of Conformance is required. - Delivery and quote requirements: Delivery is required within 12 weeks after award. Partial deliveries are acceptable for items with extended lead times. Quotes must cover every required item; partial quotes are not accepted, and applicable shipping costs must be included.
