Description

The project involves interior renovations and exterior façade repairs to the newest building in the Monastery of the Augustinians complex, a classified heritage site. Work includes masonry repairs, converting existing rooms into 30 new rooms in the Saint-Augustin wing and two authentic rooms in the Novitiate wing, and creating wellness, consultation, meditation, and movement spaces. Planning and execution must account for heritage preservation, sustainable development, protection of gardens and landscaping, and minimizing disruption while the monastery remains operational.
