Investissement Québec is seeking a specialized supplier to provide background-check and due-diligence services through a secure technology platform. The two lots cover due diligence for financing, investment, and economic development activities, and pre-employment background checks for human resources. The supplier will manage requests and consent, conduct checks, analyze results, produce reports, maintain file traceability, and securely manage data; bids must cover both lots. The contract term is 36 months, with two optional 12-month renewals at Investissement Québec’s discretion.
