The solution should support template-based contract generation, approval workflows, access management, notifications, audit trails, and document retention and export, and integrate with the agency’s technology environment, including Salesforce Grantmaking. The scope includes configuration, integration, deployment, testing, training, go-live, stabilization, support, maintenance, and future evolution. The contract includes implementation and three years of recurring services, with two 12-month renewal options.
