Louisiana is seeking as-needed supplies of adult and youth ultra-blend T-shirts for the Department of Corrections’ Prison Enterprises. - Government buyer: State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, for the Louisiana Department of Corrections (DOC), Prison Enterprises (PE). - OEMs/brands: Port & Company and Gildan; specified brand and model requirements apply. - Products and quantities: 18 line items covering adult Port & Company PC55 shirts (74,000), adult Gildan 8000 shirts (2,505), and youth Gildan 2000B shirts (400). The combined estimated quantity is 76,905 shirts; actual orders are as needed and quantities are not guaranteed. - Requirements: Adult shirts are short-sleeve, with specified fabric weights, collar and stitching details, colors, and sizes from youth or adult ranges up through 5XL. Orders are delivered to multiple agency locations, generally within 7–10 days after receipt of order. Unit prices must include freight. - Term: Initial term begins upon award and runs through the end of the initial calendar-year term, with two possible 12-month renewals; maximum term is 36 months. The State of Louisiana Office of State Procurement is seeking bids to establish a blanket order contract for Ultra Blend T-Shirts for the Louisiana Department of Corrections (DOC) - Prison Enterprises (PE). Items will be delivered as needed, in quantities ordered by the using agency; estimated quantities may increase or decrease, and the contract does not guarantee any quantity. The initial contract period runs from the award date through December 31, 2026, with options for two additional 12-month renewals at the same prices, terms, and conditions, for a maximum total period of 36 months. Bids are due November 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM Central Time.
