Description

The Iowa Department of Administrative Services, on behalf of the State of Iowa and participating state agencies and political subdivisions, is seeking contractors to collect, transport, treat, and dispose of medical waste at designated locations throughout Iowa. This Request for Bids may result in contracts that are non-exclusive and may be extended for the number of annual extensions specified in the solicitation. The State may award contracts to up to three responsive and responsible bidders offering the lowest prices, based on compliance with bid requirements, bidder responsibility, and pricing. Bids are due November 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST.
