Gaston County On-Call Fleet Collision Repair and Refinishing Services

Gaston County is seeking qualified providers for as-needed collision and body repairs across its vehicle fleet. - Government buyer: Gaston County Public Works Department, Fleet Services Division. - Services requested: On-call collision repair, body repair, refinishing, and related work for light- and medium-duty fleet vehicles, law-enforcement vehicles, and ambulances. No minimum work volume is guaranteed. - Repair scope: May include dent and body repair, component and glass replacement, painting, aluminum and specialty-body repairs, frame straightening, alignment, and welding. - Key requirements: Repairs must restore vehicles to their pre-damage condition and meet or exceed applicable industry and OEM specifications. New OEM parts are required unless the County approves alternatives in writing. - Term: An initial three-year contract term, with up to two additional one-year extensions. Individual work orders have their own schedules. - OEMs and vendors: No specific OEMs, vendors, or vehicle makes are named in the opportunity.

Gaston County is seeking proposals for vehicle collision repair, body repair, refinishing, and related services for its light- and medium-duty fleet vehicles and law-enforcement vehicles. Repairs are expected to restore vehicles to their pre-damage condition, including appearance, functionality, safety, and value. Services will be provided on an as-needed, on-call basis, and the County anticipates contracts with one or more vendors; no minimum quantity, frequency, or dollar value of work is guaranteed. Proposals are due November 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time.
