Fabrication and delivery of MK68 spare and repair parts

The U.S. Navy’s Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division is seeking small-business fabrication of MK68 spare and repair parts. - Government buyer: Department of the Navy, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Warfare Center; Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD). - Opportunity: Fabricate, assemble, test, inspect, and deliver MK68 spare and repair parts using the applicable drawings and statement of work. No OEM or commercial vendor is named in the provided materials. - Hardware requested: - 6 Bore Rod Gag Pin Lanyard Assemblies (P/N 9007920), each with a Gag Pin Lanyard Sub-Assembly (8905617) and Lanyard Tube Assembly (8905618). - 6 additional Fusible Links (P/N 8718612) for government screening; these must be from the same lot as links in the assemblies. - 6 Bore Rod Cap Assemblies (P/N 8719603), each consisting of Bore Cap (8719606) and Bore Rod Cap Cylinder (8719605). - 30 Gag Pin Lanyard Sub-Assemblies (P/N 8905617), each consisting of Lanyard Cap (8719642), Gag Pin Thimble (8719610), and Fusible Link (8718612). - 4 Muzzle Caps (P/N 8905606) and 4 End Caps (P/N 8905593). - 6 Housing, Control, Underwater Mine EX 1, MOD 0 assemblies (P/N 8905625), with TIM Assembly (8905627), TIM CCA (8905629), TIM Interface Plate (8905628), and MK 68 MOD 1 TDD Adapter Harness (8905630), including D-Subminiature 3-Pin Connector (6665905). - 1 Housing Adapter MK 157 (P/N 6665977), additionally required with the housing assemblies. - 4 MK 68 MOD 1 Thermal Battery Connector Assemblies (P/N 8873713), each consisting of a Thermal Battery Shorting Plug (8748827). - Deliverables and requirements: Hardware is due within 180 days after purchase order award; partial deliveries may be agreed. Testing and inspection must verify conformity with drawings. Provide a Test / Inspection Report (CDRL A001) and Certificate of Compliance (CDRL A002) with hardware deliveries, plus a Monthly Status Report (CDRL A003).

Be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). If shipping is not included in the price please include a line item for shipping, if necessary. See the attached document for the description and quantity details. Additionally, review all documents, including the NAVSEA drawings. Award will be based on the best value to the government.
