Description

The project installs new door access controls in multiple buildings and connects them to the Owner’s existing control system. Part A covers the Main Campus in Charlottesville, with review and permitting by the Virginia Department of General Services, Division of Engineering and Building. Part B covers the Eugene Giuseppe Center in Greene County, Stanardsville, with review and permitting by the local authority having jurisdiction. Both parts will be awarded as one project, and bids are due November 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
