Description
The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene intends to negotiate a six-year sole-source agreement with Precisely Software Incorporated for leased Spectrum OnDemand Address Validation and Spectrum OnDemand Custom Spatial software services. The software will be used by the Bureau of Environmental Health Services and the Bureau of Vital Statistics to validate addresses before mailing requested records and help protect customer information. The anticipated agreement runs from May 1, 2027, through April 30, 2033, with approximately 8,000,000 transactions per year.
