Description

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposes to approve an Arizona state implementation plan revision addressing Clean Air Act requirements for the Pinal County (Part); West Pinal PM10 nonattainment area. The proposal would find that the revision meets applicable Moderate area, Serious area, and Section 189(d) requirements for the PM10 national ambient air quality standards.
