The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that Fuding Industries Company Limited did not sell subject merchandise at less than normal value during the November 29, 2023, through May 31, 2025, review period. Commerce is rescinding the administrative review for five companies because there were no reviewable, suspended entries of their subject merchandise during the period.
