Description

The Office of Personnel Management, Retirement Services, is seeking comments on reinstating the expired information collection request for Death Benefit Payment Rollover, RI 94-7. The form allows Federal Employees Retirement System surviving spouses and former spouses to elect direct payment of rollover-eligible benefits or payment to an IRA, eligible employer plan, or Thrift Savings Plan account.
