Description

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission notified the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation of the reasonable period to act on a water quality certification request related to Project No. 2569-169. Erie Boulevard Hydropower, L.P. submitted the certification request on October 2, 2026, under section 401(a)(1) of the Clean Water Act. The New York DEC has until October 2, 2027, to act; if it does not act by that date, the certification is deemed waived.
