The Department of the Air Force is seeking industry input on a compact, body-worn tactical SIGINT/EW system for use in demanding operational environments. - Government buyer: Department of the Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance & Special Operations Forces (ISR & SOF) Directorate, Special Warfare Program Office, AFLCMC/WISN. - Requested system: One modular, user-friendly, low-size, weight, and power (SWaP) tactical signals intelligence/electronic warfare system. No model, part number, or procurement quantity is specified. - Receive signals across 500 kHz–6 GHz and detect, direction-find, and identify signals while stationary or moving. - Support electronic attack, including tunable output power and swept-tone, blind hop-set, reactive hop-set, and predictive hop-set jamming as objectives. - Provide integrated Wi-Fi connectivity with end-user devices and interoperability with Android S20TE/S23TE devices; support multi-system mesh networking, with Type 1 RF-encrypted mesh as an objective. - Operate autonomously; target recognition and algorithm/AI-enabled identification and attack are objectives. - Be man-packable at 25 lb or less and no larger than 5 in W × 10 in H × 5 in D; use rugged machined construction and operate from -30°C to +55°C. Mil-STD-810G compliance is an objective. - Use 9–18 VDC power and be compatible with the Freedom Pak WP FP05; Harris 12041-2400-0X replaceable tactical radio batteries are an objective. - Require operator enablement and on-command termination of emissions, and authentication for access and interconnection. Target operational availability is greater than 80% across a 30-day period of ten 72-hour mission cycles. - Interoperate with the fielded CACI Mastodon Beast+ system. Design considerations include easy cable connections, no sharp edges, single-person carrying, fit in military pouches such as the AN/PRC-148, and shipment in one hard case. - Named companies and products: CACI (Mastodon Beast+); Harris (12041-2400-0X battery). Freedom Pak WP FP05 is also named as a compatible power source. No OEM is identified for the requested SIGINT/EW system itself. - Market research request: Respondents are asked to describe system performance, provide rough-order-of-magnitude pricing, and state whether two units could be delivered within six months after order. This is an RFI, not a purchase solicitation.
