See attached RFQ documentThis is a non-personnel services contract to provide the Communication Tower and Facility Maintenance for 41st Signal Battalion C4I ISP/OSP C4I mission support in South Korea. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
