The City of North Little Rock’s Commerce Department is requesting bids for a construction manager to design and construct reciprocating internal combustion engine units for the North Little Rock Electric Department. Sealed bids are due Monday, October 26, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Specifications and required bid forms are available from the Commerce Department or at www.nlr.ar.gov. The City reserves the right to reject bids, award items separately, or waive informalities.
