Description

The City of Siloam Springs seeks Statements of Qualifications from qualified individuals or firms to complete a Wastewater Master Plan. The work includes reviewing existing system data and plans, developing hydraulic and treatment models, conducting flow monitoring, and identifying existing and future collection-system and treatment-facility deficiencies. The selected consultant will develop prioritized collection-system and treatment-facility capital improvement plans with cost estimates, and evaluate industrial discharges to develop permit and surcharge-fee structures. The plan is anticipated to be completed by or before July 30, 2027, and is intended to support the City’s 2028 fiscal-year budget and wastewater capital improvement plan.
