The City of Kissimmee is seeking qualified grant professionals to provide flexible grant support for City departments, projects, programs, and initiatives. - Government buyer: City of Kissimmee, Purchasing Department, Florida (Osceola County). - Requested services: Grant strategy and funding planning; grant program development; funding research; proposal development and writing; grant administration and management support; compliance monitoring; reporting; reimbursement support; and grant closeout. - Consultant structure: The City expects to establish continuing professional services agreements with one Lead Strategic Grant Consultant and one or more On-Call Grant Consultants. - Work model: Services are requested as needed and authorized through Task Work Orders and Purchase Orders. The City of Kissimmee is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from firms and independent grant professionals to provide grant consulting, administration, management support, compliance, research, and writing services on an as-needed basis. Services may support various City departments, projects, programs, and initiatives throughout the grant lifecycle, including strategy, funding identification, proposal development, reporting, reimbursement support, and grant closeout.
