Niagara Region is seeking proposals for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) consultancy services for the Glenridge Avenue CNR Bridge Replacement Project. The selected proponent will deliver the overall design and coordinate and oversee CMAR processes, with the CMAR to be selected separately and engaged early in the design phase. Services include engineering design, contract preparation, project management, pre-construction support, contract administration, and inspection.
