The contract covers construction of a commercial kitchen, office area, and support spaces for the Abbotsford Feeding Program tenant improvement at Unit 3 & 4, 2592 Mt Lehman Road, Abbotsford, BC. The work includes built-in cabinetry, partition walls, a T-bar ceiling, relocating and adding lights, reviewing and relocating sprinkler heads, and work by mechanical and electrical trades. There will be one Ready for Takeover for the full contract scope, including all phases, and one Substantial Completion when the building is ready for its intended use. The contractor must show the scope division in the schedule of values so the Payment Certifier can consider it when determining Substantial Completion.
