Tasks include cleaning high-touch surfaces, plumbing fixtures, doors, floors, mats, furniture, and waste receptacles; spot cleaning; and cleaning windows, walls, high areas, and ceilings. The scope also includes restocking consumables and plant care as needed, carpet shampooing, floor buffing, and VCT stripping and waxing. - Notable requirements: Use EPA-approved cleaning chemicals; provide staff training and federal background checks; maintain safety and quality-oversight programs; and address IID/NERC CIP-013 supply-chain cybersecurity requirements.
