Imperial Irrigation District (IID) is seeking a contractor to provide recurring janitorial services at 12 facilities in El Centro, California. - Government buyer: Imperial Irrigation District, through its Purchasing Section and Supply Chain Management Group. - Requested service: Janitorial cleaning at the J-18 Southend Division Building; J-49 ECGS Building; J-50 Engineering Building, Entrance Booth, Exterior Restroom Building, and Training Room Building; J-60 Biological Control Unit Building; N-32 El Centro Yard Building; P-13 Maintenance Building; and PWR-5, PWR-6, and PWR-7 modular offices. - Scope and frequency: Contractor supplies labor, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, and cleaning materials. Routine work includes cleaning common areas, offices, kitchens and lounges, restrooms and locker rooms, exterior areas, glass, and floors. Many tasks recur five times weekly; carpet shampooing, floor buffing, and VCT stripping and waxing occur periodically. IID provides required consumable supplies. - OEMs and vendors: No janitorial OEMs, required brands, or prospective contractor vendors are named.
