Conservation Halton is seeking a qualified General Contractor to complete the Trailhead Boardroom Renovation. The work includes selective demolition and alteration of the existing upper-floor space to create an enclosed meeting/boardroom. The scope includes fire-rated construction, door and wall alterations, mechanical/HVAC modifications, electrical and data provisions, interior finishes, and coordination for audiovisual equipment. The contractor must provide a complete finished installation in accordance with the Contract Documents and issued drawings.
