North Carolina’s Department of Adult Correction is seeking an as-needed supply of powdered confectioner sugar for its Central Warehouse. - Buyer: North Carolina Department of Adult Correction (NCDAC), Central Warehouse, Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina. - Product and quantity: 5,400 cases annually of 10X powdered confectioner sugar; no brand, OEM, vendor, or part number is specified. - Packaging: Each cardboard case must contain either 24 one-pound containers or 12 two-pound containers. Sealed plastic interior packaging is acceptable; exterior shipping bags and bailer packing are not. - Product and shipping requirements: Containers and cases must be plainly labeled.
