The Alberta Department of Energy and Minerals is seeking to pre-qualify consultants for energy market analysis and related advisory work. - Government buyer: Government of Alberta, Department of Energy and Minerals, Market Intelligence Branch; other department branches or government divisions may also request services. - Requested services: Specialized energy market analytics and consulting, including subscription services. Potential assignments may cover business intelligence, economic or financial project evaluation, market research, energy or utility consulting, economic analysis and forecasting, and methodology and analysis. - OEMs and vendors: No commercial OEMs, vendors, products, or part numbers are named in the notice. - Quantities and work volume: No fixed quantities are specified, and pre-qualification does not guarantee any volume of work; assignments are expected to be issued as needed. - Period of performance: Three years.

Description

This Pre-Qualification Request seeks to pre-qualify consultants to provide specialized analytic and consulting services, including subscriptions, for the Market Intelligence Branch of Alberta’s Department of Energy and Minerals. Other branches or divisions of the Department or the Government of Alberta may also request services through the PQR. Pre-qualified consultants are not guaranteed any volume of work; potential work will be issued as required. The service period is December 16, 2026 through December 15, 2029.
