Montgomery Ave, Inverness, FL 34450 — 36 service units. - Services: Routine interior and adjacent exterior cleaning, with daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual tasks; floor and carpet maintenance; supply replenishment; reporting; and related staffing and security requirements. Services are scheduled after 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding state-observed holidays. - Porter services: On-call, hourly services as requested, including cleaning and disinfecting sheltering equipment after emergency operations; hours and location depend on operational needs. - Contractor requirements: Contractor provides cleaning supplies and consumables.
