Description
The Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) is soliciting proposals from prime contractors for abatement, selective demolition, site development, and property stabilization services. The work will be performed for properties identified and selected under the Baltimore Vacants Reinvestment Initiative (BVRI), formerly known as Project CORE. The scope is set forth in Attachment E, and the properties are identified in Attachment M. A web pre-proposal conference is scheduled for October 26, 2026; attendance is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.
