Description

The City of Ocala seeks a Florida-licensed Underground Utility Contractor or General Contractor to install conduit systems for cable installations as needed by the Ocala Electric Utility. Work will use directional boring and requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies while minimizing disruption to customers. The contractor must provide a written quote within 48 hours of a request and begin work within four business days of the Notice to Proceed. The initial contract term is two years, with two optional one-year renewals; the anticipated start is February 2027.
