Description

Toronto Metropolitan University is inviting proposals to supply and install a new natural gas-fired emergency generator on the roof of the VCT Building at 277 Victoria Street. The University intends to use a CCDC2-2020 Stipulated Sum agreement, as amended by the Supplementary Conditions in Appendix E. The contract is expected to last approximately 12 months or until project completion, whichever is longer, followed by the warranty period; substantial completion is expected on or before March 2027. Proposals must be submitted electronically through TMU Bonfire by November 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM EDT, and include the required Domestic Supply Chain Plan.
