Description

The Centre de services scolaire des Portages-de-l'Outaouais (CSSPO) is seeking services to review and optimize its school transportation network following the planned withdrawal of public transit service for a significant portion of its clientele. The work includes analyzing vehicle needs, route planning and duration, minibus use, school bell times, staffing requirements, and operating costs. The supplier will develop and adjust transportation scenarios, provide a final recommendation for the 2026–2027 school year by May 15, 2027, and make adjustments through August 2027. A further schedule and final recommendation are planned for the 2027–2028 school year, with the final solution due by May 15, 2028.
