Description

The City of Lévis is seeking proposals to select a tenant to occupy and operate a municipal site in the Secteur de la Traverse at the tenant’s own risk and expense. The selected tenant will develop, operate, and animate a temporary commercial hub that supports the area’s revitalization and complements existing commercial offerings and a separate planned local and regional products showcase. The site must be operational by June 21, 2027, and is to operate annually from mid-June through Labour Day for five years.
