The work includes supplying and installing 253 fixtures across four types, removing and disposing of existing fixtures and components, and recycling mercury-containing fluorescent tubes appropriately. It also includes labour, access equipment, electrical connections, commissioning and operational checks, cover plates, packaging disposal, and site cleanup. Work is planned for January 4–15, 2027; suppliers must have a place of business in Quebec and a permanent, clearly identified establishment within 115 km of Cégep de Matane.
