The Department of Energy is seeking a ZOLLER powerShrink 600 heat-shrink system package for Oak Ridge National Laboratory. - Government buyer: Department of Energy (DOE), Nonproliferation Program Office, Oak Ridge National Laboratory. - OEM: ZOLLER is the named manufacturer; the request allows the ZOLLER system or a domestic equivalent. - Main equipment: One powerShrink 600 system (PSHRINK-600), configured with a 14/22 kVA induction heat-shrink system (PS14-22KVA), 14 kVA and 22 kVA coils, coil quick-change interface, and operating software. - Included equipment and accessories: One each of the listed machine table, touch monitor, cooling components, fume extraction, shielding disc sets, 480 V mains adaptor, length-adjustment system, storage trays, tool-removal fixture, mounting rings, and other listed accessories and software items. See line items for part numbers and specifications. - Notable requirements: Supports HM and HSS tools, with the main system specified for tools from 3–32 mm and a maximum shrinkable tool length of 600 mm; the 14/22 kVA system supports tools from 3–50 mm. Includes cooling and light-guided operation features, English-language configuration and digital documentation, and a 480 V, three-phase/PE mains adaptor. - Services: One 12-month maintenance contract with one visit per year and hotline support, plus one day of installation and training for up to four attendees.
