The Glynn County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids for a limited portion of the Mallery Park Renovation Project. The work is limited to storm drainage improvements, 4-inch concrete sidewalk, and associated concrete flatwork identified in the construction plans, plus incidental work needed to complete that scope. Other improvements shown in the plans—including baseball field renovations, lighting, landscaping, and recreational amenities—are expressly excluded and will be handled through separate bid packages or contracts.
