The solicitation permits equal products. - Products requested: - 9 lightweight night-vision binoculars, Elbit AN/PVS-31D (F5032) or equal. - 20 Gen 3 white-phosphor autogated AN/PVS-14 monoculars, L3Harris or Elbit or equal. - 24 Wilcox G24 helmet mounts, part number 28300G24, or equal. - Notable requirements: Products must be new and unused, meet the RFQ specifications, include required maintenance kits, and comply with export controls. Partial shipments are not allowed. - Performance and warranty: All items are due within 180 business days after receipt of the order. Binoculars and monoculars require a one-year warranty; mounts require a five-year warranty. Warranty repair or replacement turnaround may not exceed 60 business days.

Description

The Contractor shall supply and deliver lightweight night‑vision binoculars, Gen 3 white‑phosphor autogated AN/PVS‑14 night‑vision monoculars, and Wilcox G24 helmet mounts to the INL Office of the U.S. Embassy in San Salvador, following all specifications and terms in the attached RFQ.
